Aluminium Cladding & Screening - Precision Processed In-House
Aluminium cladding has earned its place in the specification toolkit for a reason. It’s lightweight, strong, durable and available in a range of finishes that suit everything from a contemporary commercial facade to a high-end residential screen. When it’s specified and processed well, it delivers a result that’s hard to match.
CSP Architectural supplies 3A Alucolux® solid aluminium and 3A Alucore® corrugated composite panels, and we process them in-house. CAD drawing, cutting, rolling, routing – it all happens at our facility before the product is delivered to site.
Our Aluminium Products
We supply the full James Hardie® fibre cement range for residential and commercial applications in Australia. Every product in this range is manufactured to meet Australian building standards and tested for durability in local conditions.
Full In-House Processing - CAD, Cut, Roll & Route
This is where our offer goes beyond standard product supply. Most facade jobs involving aluminium have at least some level of custom processing, non-standard dimensions, radius elements, complex openings, routed groove patterns, or pre-drilled fixing layouts.
Our in-house team handles all of this. We draw the CAD files, run the cutting and routing, roll curved or radius panels, and deliver processed elements ready for installation. Nothing is outsourced. That means faster turnaround, tighter tolerances and a direct line of communication when something changes on site.
If your project involves complex aluminium facade work, talk to us before you finalise your specification. We can often solve problems at the processing stage that would otherwise become site issues.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between 3A Alucolux® and 3A Alucore®?
3A Alucolux® is a solid aluminium panel; it contains no polymer core and is fully non-combustible. 3A Alucore® is a corrugated aluminium composite panel with a corrugated aluminium core. Alucolux® is the appropriate choice where NCC non-combustibility requirements apply to external wall cladding. Alucore® offers a distinctive corrugated surface texture and is suited to applications where fire performance is not the primary driver.
Are solid aluminium panels suitable for high-rise buildings in Australia?
Yes. 3A Alucolux® solid aluminium panels are non-combustible and suitable for use on Type A and Type B buildings where the NCC requires non-combustible external wall cladding. They are commonly specified on commercial high-rise buildings and are also used extensively in rectification projects where non-compliant composite cladding is being replaced.
Can CSP Architectural process aluminium panels to custom sizes and profiles?
Yes. We offer a full in-house CAD, cut, roll and route service for both 3A Alucolux® solid aluminium and 3A Alucore® composite panels. This includes custom-sized panels, radius elements, routed groove patterns, and pre-drilled fixing layouts. All processing is handled in-house, not outsourced.
What colour options are available for aluminium cladding panels?
Both 3A Alucolux® and 3A Alucore® are available in a broad range of powder coat colours and, for Alucolux®, anodised finishes. Colour charts and finish samples are available from our team. Custom colour matching may also be possible depending on the product and project volume.
