Most cladding systems require something after they leave the factory: painting, sealing, or treating. Cemintel’s Prefinished Series doesn’t. These are factory-finished fibre cement panels that arrive on site with a complete, durable surface coating applied under controlled conditions. What goes up is what stays up.

The Cemintel Prefinished Series includes three factory-finished fibre cement cladding systems: Barestone® (raw concrete aesthetic), Territory (natural material textures, including stone and timber) and Surround (a curated colour palette). All three use factory-applied coatings and arrive on site ready to install without on-site painting. ExpressPanel® is a fourth option for projects requiring custom site-applied colour.
Yes. Cemintel products are compressed fibre cement, non-combustible and suitable for use in NCC external wall cladding applications. The Barestone® wall system can achieve Bushfire Attack Level BAL40 when installed in accordance with AS3959 and Cemintel’s design and installation guides.
