In-House Processing for Custom Facade Work
Many facade projects require custom-processed panels, non-standard cuts, radius profiles, routed joints or pre-drilled fixing patterns. Our in-house team handles CAD drawing, cutting, rolling and routing for aluminium panels (both solid and composite), so your specifications don’t need to be simplified to suit a supplier’s limitations.

Which facade cladding products are non-combustible under the NCC?
3A Alucolux® solid aluminium panels and NBK Terracotta cladding are non-combustible materials under the NCC and suitable for use on buildings where external wall cladding must meet fire performance requirements. EQUITONE fibre cement panels also meet NCC fire performance requirements for many building classifications. Our team can advise on the appropriate product for your specific project type and NCC classification.
Can CSP Architectural process facade panels to custom specifications?
Yes. We offer a full in-house CAD, cut, roll and route service for aluminium facade panels (both solid 3A Alucolux® and composite 3A Alucore®). This means complex facade profiles, radius panels and custom-sized elements are handled in-house, not outsourced. Fibre cement panels can also be cut to custom sizes and shapes.
Do you supply facade cladding for rectification projects?
Yes. Several products in our facade range, particularly 3A Alucolux® solid aluminium panels, are used on rectification projects where non-compliant cladding is being replaced. Our team has experience working with builders and project managers on rectification supply, including providing compliance documentation.
