Versilux™ Lining

Smooth, pre-primed interior lining sheet for commercial wall and ceiling applications. Provides a non-combustible alternative to plasterboard in locations where moisture exposure, impact resistance or fire performance make standard gypsum board inappropriate.

RAB™ Board

Rigid Air Barrier board, the product that lets a commercial building close in ahead of external cladding completion. Fixed to the structural frame before cladding is installed, RAB™ Board makes the building weathertight, allowing internal trades to begin work and keeping the programme moving regardless of cladding lead times.

What is the ExoTec™ Facade Panel and how is it different from standard Hardie™ cladding?
ExoTec™ is a large-format, compressed fibre cement panel engineered specifically for commercial facade applications. It differs from the residential Hardie™ Exteriors range in panel size, density, dimensional tolerance and the fixing and jointing systems it uses, all calibrated for the specific demands of commercial construction. It’s the James Hardie™ product for facades where long-term dimensional stability, consistent appearance across large areas and compliance with commercial building standards are all required simultaneously.
Yes. Villaboard™ is moisture-resistant, non-combustible and compatible with the waterproofing membranes and tile adhesive systems used in commercial kitchen and food preparation area fitout. It’s regularly specified behind tiling in commercial food service environments, amenity fitouts and any application where direct or frequent water exposure is a given.
Yes. The RAB™ Board is compatible with both timber and steel-framed construction. In commercial steel-frame buildings it performs the same function, closing the building envelope before external cladding is complete, allowing internal trades to progress and reducing weather exposure of the structural frame during construction.
