Variable weather, different painting contractors and the general chaos of a live construction site all work against a consistent result. ExaPanel® sidesteps the problem entirely.
ExaPanel® is a pre-finished, compressed fibre cement panel that arrives on site with a factory-applied coating, consistent colour, consistent sheen level, and consistent quality across every panel. There’s no on-site painting, no weather delays waiting for paint to cure and no variation between panels. Just fix, seal the joints and move on.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is ExaPanel® the same as a standard fibre cement sheet?
ExaPanel® uses a compressed fibre cement substrate, which is denser and harder than a standard FC sheet, with a factory-applied coating that provides a pre-finished surface. This distinguishes it from standard fibre cement, which is supplied either uncoated or pre-primed and requires on-site painting to achieve a finished appearance.
How does the graffiti resistance work?
The factory-applied coating on ExaPanel® has a surface chemistry that reduces the adhesion of paint-based graffiti. Most graffiti can be removed using standard graffiti removal products without damaging or dulling the panel surface. For extremely persistent graffiti types, a sacrificial topcoat can be applied over the ExaPanel® surface to further simplify removal.
Can ExaPanel® be cut to custom sizes?
Yes. CSP Architectural can supply ExaPanel® cut to custom dimensions using our in-house cutting facility. Custom cutting is particularly useful for projects with non-standard panel layouts, complex facade geometries or specific opening sizes.
